FULL TERM!!!

Today officially marks 37 weeks and we are full term! Yeah!!! We’re now on weekly doctors appointments and last week’s was a little more exciting then we expected it to be. I have started having more contractions then I had been and the surprise...apparently they’re doing something! At our appointment this week we learned that the baby is head down and actively engaged, I am measuring perfectly so the baby should be right about 6lbs now and I’m almost 1 cm dilated!!! This all could mean nothing but we’re hoping that it means Caden will be making his arrival sooner then later.

Also right on cue I am getting more and more uncomfortable. My feet are swelling like CRAZY--I officially no longer have ankles, my back hurts and thanks to Caden getting lower and lower each day I am peeing CONSTANTLY. Oh, and these “practice contractions” aren’t always all that fun.

This week we also had our “Pregnancy Photo Shoot” (see here)--more fun then expected and we finished our bathroom--YEAH JON!! (and here)
