School’s Out for the Summer

There were some emotional moments there before the release of school and joy of summer began. Caden is done with Kindergarten and Molly is done with her first year of Pre-School. Those last days of school had the kids jazzed and the parents sad. Not that we were not over-joyed for the kids to get the break and have our summer fun, but man, already!? How did this year go so quickly?

Anyway, enough sappy stuff. The sun is out, the grass is green, the chickens are running amuck and we have big plans. BIG PLANS. So big, we have a summer bucket list that we all contributed too. Zoos, camping, water parks, hikes, and everything else that worships the sun.

Not much to share yet. We are off to Minnesota tomorrow to visit Kevin and family. Much more to share later. See below for some before and after pictures:
