Chicken Run...Not Just a Movie

Okay first, nevermind the Chicken Blog...I barely have the time to update this site, much less updating multiple strings. So after this update, the rest will be part of the main blog.

So, after way too many days of having messy farm animals in the house, we got the run done and tossed those chicks out. Sure, it was a little too cold and they were a little to young, but hey, they survived and they love it. We now have very easy, low maintenance chickens. Seriously, in two days, they went in the coop on their own, they eat and drink as they need to, they are happy to be in their run and love to be out in the yard. And as long as the dog isn’t trying to kill them, they take care of themselves. The kids also love them being out there. They spend most of their time at home out in the run playing with them. Its fantastic. So here we go....
