Mother’s Day

In an attempt to maintain our sanity this past couple of months, we decided to take the grown-up holidays a little easy. We already decided awhile back the our new camera would be a joint Mother’s and Father’s Day gift, so on our respective days, we would just allow ourselves a little pampering, some love from the kids and try to take it easy. Mother’s Day was just that. Katy got to go to a morning race with some of her fellow moms and leave her kids with dad. I don’t care what you think, a good Mother’s/Father’s day always starts away from those who gave you the title...it is only fair.
