Grandma & Grandpa Visit

We were lucky enough to have my parents come out for a spontaneous visit! It worked out really well for Caden seeing them twice so close together..he remembered them and learned to sign their names. Unfortunately the sign for Grandpa looks much like the sign for lettuce so now we all call my Dad Cabbage Head!

While they were here we all got to enjoy going to Kelly’s Skip-Its performance, one of Kendra’s Volleyball tournaments, Nick’s track meet and Caden got to go to the zoo with everyone too!

They also were here for my minor wrist surgery which was VERY helpful. My Mom spent many hours taking care of Caden and doing our laundry which was MUCH appreciated since I didn’t have the use of my right hand for a couple of weeks!
