Grandma Myra and Karen Visit

Spring break brought Karen (Jon’s sister) and Grandma Myra (GMa) out to Colorado for some quality Caden time. It was a great visit, with near perfect spring weather (save for a violent snow storm at the tail end [see next post]), great dining, and lots of fun for the little guy.

Caden immediately glued himself to Auntie Karen and Grandma. Mom and Dad were able to make several get-aways on our own knowing Caden was having fun. And Karen and Grandma were reminded how exhausting it is to chase a 16 month old around the house.

It was also Katy’s birthday and our anniversary during their visit. We had a nice little party for Katy (little = 20 people) and got to have a night on the town in Denver (compliments of Karen taking care of Caden through the night) to celebrate our 3 rd year.
