Seven Months: Eating, Sitting & on the GO!!!

Just as Caden turned seven months it seems as if he’s suddenly become even more active! If he’s not sleeping he is ON THE GO! Rolling, grabbing, jumping and scooting everywhere!

Caden recently mastered sitting up--unless he’s distracted he can sit and play for very long periods of time. He has also perfected going from sitting to rolling and creeping and can go quite far very quickly! Caden doesn’t have much interest in crawling but he does like taking steps with help. I think if he could he would walk everywhere he went.

Just like any good man the way to Caden’s heart is through is belly. He likes to eat ANYTHING all the time--especially what anyone else is eating. His favorites include Cheerios, sweet potatoes, squash and peaches. He particularly likes to feed himself Cheerios, crackers & various items in his mesh bag.

This month Caden also moved into a lot of big boy equipment. He outgrew his car-seat, swing & bouncy chairs. He loves his ‘big boy car-seat’ as he can now see out the window!

Caden has also become very personable & opinionated (don’t know how he became that way!) He now interacts with everyone he meets...smiling, sometimes waving bye bye and pretending to be shy. He also has become quite the performer...he likes to show off especially to his cousins! All in all Caden is a total joy!
