Annual Camping Trip!

The cite...not attractive, but everything else was amazing

Tent!

I got me some good helpers

I love that my girly girl likes camping!

And I know my boy does

He is a few more times away from doing this himself

As soon as the last stake was in, it started pouring

But its all good...we stayed dry and got to chill

Is it safe out there yet?

Can’t tell you how nice this trip was...even with the storms

Look how awesome these kids are!

Hike between storms

And still awesome

See how pretty it is? I mean behind us.

Time for some night time fun

And more storms?

We love us a campfire

This was our play area...kids could have done this forever

I could have watched them

Going to come here a lot more often

And I love that my wife loves camping...no she does really

Breakfast!

Our kids made a whole lot of friends

A lot...even have a pen pal now

Another hike

Driving up Trail ridge...but not all the way

Caden was a true junior ranger...picked up trash

Everywhere

And did some exploring and field research

I love these two

An Elk! We only saw a couple...strange up this way

Being sworn in as a junior rnager

And now Molly too

Way to go Junior Rangers!

Another awesome hike with lots of bouldering to do

Let’s hope there was no flash floods...cause it rained a lot

Silly kids

Taught by the queen of silly

And climb!

Near the end

Good thing too, cause it is about to rain...a lot

We sprinted to the car (like 2 miles)

Quite wet we were

Still got us a fire going

Caden and our new friend Katie

We had awesome campsite neighbors

Tradition...trying to pop this stupid Jiffy Pop

We got lots of time to just sit which made for a happy dad
