One of a Very Few 3 Car Garage Properties
We have a two car garage. But if you have kids and like to play outside, you know a two car garage does not hold two cars. Sometimes it struggles to hold one. Now that was okay since the old Audi could live outside (sniff, how the hotness becomes the old beater).
BUT, we are 2+ years into waiting for the new Tesla Model 3. And I would like that car to have shelter. Actually I would like even the crappy car to be garaged to save the pain of scrapping snow.
So what do you do? Build a shed for bikes and other toys to make the 2-car garage fit 2 cars? Maybe a big lean-to? Hell no, we have 25’ of extra space on the side, lets go big!
With a TON of help from Mark and infinite patience from Katy, we added a 3rd car garage to the house. Only the second 3-car garage in our neighborhood.
We had some painful moments there with bad concrete contractors early on, but we recovered and it is done (enough). Okay, at this moment in time, in needs painting. Its done.
Biggest exterior home project to date!
