Speech Therapy

We knew eventually Caden would likely need speech therapy, but were not sure to what extent. We finally took the plunge and found an out-of-school-district therapist who really connected with Caden. They spend 30 minutes twice a week (at $65 a pop!!!) working on the sounds that Caden struggles with. Even better, learning to control his “bossy tongue” has led to Caden trying new foods and improving his drooling issues.

His sessions and homework are all play based and he really enjoys it. I think he is annoyed at times when we correct him, but the improvement he has made in the short time he has been doing this is amazing. Worth every dollar and will pay huge dividends for him in all aspects of his education.
