Caden is the Captain of His Room

Caden’s room has presented a bit of challenge in that he has too much stuff and not enough, well, room. Sure we could get him less stuff, but...Shut up! We had been contemplating getting him a Captain’s Bed for awhile. Use all that floor space to actually store stuff. So we hit Craig’s list in midst of the flu and found this awesome bed with 8 drawers, storage in the head board AND, a secret under-bed crawl space for Caden to have a permanent fort! Katy and I drove down to Littleton late one night and picked it up for song, Caden and I built it the next day and now the big C has a big bed. And I mean big. It comes up past my waist....
