Let the 3rd Trimester Begin!

Today marks the beginning of the 3rd trimester--27 weeks. Yippee! We’re all excited to be getting closer to the baby’s due date but at the same time realize there is an awful lot to do before our little girl arrives! So far I am continuing to feel fairly good. My tummy seems to be growing by leaps and bounds every day which makes me more & more uncomfortable but all in all its not too bad the second time around. Really one of the biggest challenges this time around has been getting sick so often...again thanks to that 2 1/2 year old. I have had several rounds of colds, flu’s & most recently a lovely sinus, ear & respiratory infection combo...lovely! The main difference for both Jon and I seems to be that thanks to our rambunctious 2 1/2 year old we don’t have the time to worry or “over focus” on this pregnancy which is making it go by quickly. We’ll see if my tune changes over the next few weeks as we move into warmer weather!
