Caden’s New Bed

It may not seem like the biggest accomplishment, but it is to us. Caden no longer sleeps in a crib and he is HAPPY about it. Amazing! Our friend Britany recently offered to give us her son’s old toddler bed so we jumped at the opportunity...not sure of how or when Caden would make the transition.

At first when we talked about it he said very decisively “NO!” but once he saw the very cool Fire Truck Bed and saw we weren’t moving it into his room right away he quickly warmed up to the idea and begged Daddy to take it up to his room. The first night it was in his room he said he would sleep there and that he did. He never looked back and soon asked for the crib to be removed from his room. He insists that “Fire Truck Bed good sleeps...not crib!”
