He Slept Through the Night!

Sleep has been feeling like a luxury around this house...one that we go without A LOT. I know I don’t have a lot to complain about as Caden has always been a pretty good sleeper, but having interrupted sleep is hard on everyone in the house--just ask Lucia!

The past two nights (knock on wood) Caden officially slept through the night an 8 1/2 hour stretch one night and then last night a nearly 10 hour stretch--Yippee!!! The bummer is now I’m not used to sleeping that long so I woke up in a panic at 4, 5 & 6am wondering what was wrong and had to check to make sure he was still sleeping! Oh well...hopefully we’ll all be used to sleeping through the night soon!

Caden seems to really like sleeping through the night...he’s been waking up VERY happy, excited and hungry. He decided he didn’t like the bassinet awhile ago and seems to like waking up to see his airplane mobile...that is his favorite thing ever--too bad there’s not a portable one!
