Childbirth Class

We had our first child birth preparation class last night. It was surprisingly a lot of fun. 15 couples all in the same boat as us with the same concerns and questions. Might make some good play date friends here! And as luck would have it, there are two other couples having a boy named Caden...and here we though we were being unique. We learned about pain and breathing and what is and is not labor and contractions. 4 more classes to go!
